Possibility 1. The hopper could be disabled due to a previous jam.
Enter motor test mode by pushing the blue button next to hopper #3 twice. The LCD display will show Motor Test. Push the vend button for the hopper that is not working, the motor should start turning and vend a ball. Once the ball passes through the optic sensor the motor is reset to continue working.
Possibility 2. The motor fuse needs to be replaced.
Underneath the hopper there is an inline fuse. Making sure to power down the machine completely first, pull out the fuse and test or check it. Replace if necessary.
Possibility 3. The hopper is jammed.
Please clear all possible jams inside the hopper and then return to step 1 above.
We provide a funnel which latches on to the front of the hopper. Place this funnel securely on the top front of each hopper and dump the balls into the hopper. If you must remove a hopper please unplug it first. Do not pull the wires out with the hopper.
Watch the video to see a demonstration of refilling the golf ball hoppers.
On the back of the unit there are two holes which can be used to cable to unit to the wall. Additionally, we provide brackets that can be used to attach the unit to the floor if desired.
We require only a single pulse from the card reader for credit to vend a golf ball. Look for the port on the main board diagram labeled CR. There is already a cable hanging from that port to connect the pulse wires from the card reader. We also have left wires directly from the power supply to provide 12V power to the card reader.
There is a space for a standard bill validator already in the door and a port on the main board to connect to it. If you wish to install a coin mech please contact us before ordering as the door will need to be different.
